I'm not going to defend any personal comments people directed towards Bitman, but the hostility is something he obviously brought on himself by claiming knowledge of something he obviously dont know as any kind of fact and then not clarifying where you heard this.

Claiming "I have a source" or "I heard" this or that online with no explanation is equal to saying "I'm making shit up to troll you guys".
Bitman should go over to Hisstank and claim "you heard" the movie line of figures was cancelled and he'll get much the same reaction.

If it was just poor communication on his part, now is the time to clarify- he'll find people here pretty forgiving about that sort of stuff.
