To expand on what Joe said, Cuusoo is a basically a Lego customizers site where fans can create professional-looking setups and customs. Other fans then vote on the customs and if the set gets 10K supporters, then Lego will consider making it into an official Lego product. If that happens, the designer/customizer gets a royalty. Of all the different products and ideas floating around on the Cuusoo site, only 3 have been officially made so far: Shinkai 6500, Hayabusa and Minecraft Mini World.

Good luck to the designer of the SotD set. I'd love to see that one made too. I'm also rooting for Back to the Future, but there may be an issue with Art Asylum's licensing deal with Amblin/Universal.
