OK, I think I need to start this thread with an explanation of intention since it is two-fold.

1) What figures can be readily made by Hasbro using existing bucks, heads, and accessories (you can add in other Hasbro lines if needed such as a MU body and a GI Joe head)

2) If you have done so as a custom feel free to show it off so others can see and maybe, just maybe, if one of the Hasbro folks happens to be reading they might get an idea or three

As such I will kick this puppy off with one I have been thinking about (feel free to tweak other's suggestions btw):

It seems to me that the Commander Rodgers body is pretty close with the cool boot/legging things. Add on a Scarlet Spider head and the vest from the latest Spider-Man line Black Spider Man and wallah...instant Agent Venom.
