LOL, in the vintage Masters of the Universe line, they had a character named Modulok. The idea was that he was able to take himself apart and rebuild himself in any combination to defeat He-man. He was an enemy of the Heroic Warriors, Skeletor's gang and the Snakemen. He was Hordak's evil inventor. Later, he built a robot named Multi Bot with the same abilities who he could merge with to create a larger monster called Megabeast. The toys shared this concept and you would literally waste hours at a time building him into funny and cool combinations. The great thing about these guys is that you could build two separate figures from the parts included or combine to make a super Modulok or super Multi Bot or combine everything to make Megabeast. Pictured are 3 Moduloks and 1 Multi Bot. If they make this guy in MOTU Classics and maintain the modular gimmick, I'm buying (provided funds are available) 3 each to make the ultimate Megabeast. LOL.
