Yes, the Gold Shield one with face facing outward is only in a handful of revision cases. I barely noticed it. 1andonly5711 was mistaken.

I also have two extra of those set aside for sale/trade if anyone's interested.

Thanks Wolvie for pulling the comparison pic!

Lol, yup. Packaging variants are the worst. I only know of wolverine2281, Shawn Woodbeck, Doughboy, myself, and now you, RC who collect them actively and extensively. (I believe Doughboy has given up on the packaging variants?)

Your MOC completionist balls are not sufficiently broken unless you own all three of both Doc Samson and Captain Marvel. Those were painful, as was the nunchucks-down light red daredevil.

Another painful packaging error:

I broke down and bought that one on eBay today.

Sorry dude, I barely understood what you were trying to say here. May I try to translate?

The Hobgoblin packaging variant is stupid. So are MOC collectors who try to get all the packaging errors because some of those are completely unavailable to purchase. At least they can sometimes look good with the error.

Did I get that right? Was that what you were trying to say?

To clarify, the Hobgoblin packaging 'running change' was not WITHOUT pumpkin. Originally, they had the pumpkin up by his head, which got covered up by the Nick Fury mail away offer sticker. So they changed it to be down by his legs instead. That's why the early ones look like they are missing a pumpkin, it's under the sticker.

I am SO curious what the thing you did is...

That's a great point. Probably never have 'Bleeding' in any toy title designed for ages 4+

So far, it's purely a stock photo. There are vague recollections of old-time collectors who remember having theirs that way before opening it, but that's it. The figure itself has never been photographed beyond the one stock photo, as far as I've been able to tell.

Of course, the nunchucks-down red daredevil was a stock photo too, and it turned out to exist, so there's no way to be sure.

I'm just hoping that the low-run on the figure, coupled with the extra-low (if any) run on the straight-legs means that it'll never surface. Otherwise, it's going to be a situation just like the Blonde Widow and White Tank Cage. Maybe we should ask those owners to buy the Straight-legs blade from their sources as well!
no you did not get what i said right im saying its so much stuff for packege collectors to get its stupidly of hasbro to do mistakes when people already try and collect everything please do not twist my words
