Er...you'd be okay with the Skrulls
A) Following loki instead of their Emperor?
B) wearing gold armor instead of anything like their uniforms
C) Having grey skin and skull heads in the movie and purple skin in the figures?

So, to wrap up- wrong look, wrong motivations, purple/grey skin with skull head.
Yeah.

On the other hand, Sam Jackson looks dick like Nick Fury, so...

Likely the lameos from the Avengers animated movies.
