Exactly.. a game. Not a movie. Just like toy lines based around movies (Thor, Cap, IM) where all figures aren't movie related. They don't have the rights to the Skrulls so you will not see 616-verse Skrulls. And there was never "intention". Joss never said it was gonna be Skrulls. We just all hoped for it. We are harping on a small piece to a really bog puzzle that makes up this movie. I wouldn't care if they were all beating up grade schoolers it would still be bad ass
