Ordering on Matty can be a huge pain. It is very common to get a white screen while waiting in queue to place your order. But honestly, the past few months have been completely painless in that regard. I expected the last two months to be a hassle to get on there and order figures but it couldn't have gone smoother. It sounded like a lot of people were after Draego-Man, and I'm sure Man-at-Arms will draw in more than a few as well, so you never know. Best thing it do is be on there at 9am Pacific/ 12pm Eastern and be ready.
