i think that character sheet is a fan art showing the new 52 characters in Young Justice style art...

anyways...i think its safe to say the new team is Robin (Dick? Tim?), Lagoon Boy, Blue Beetle, Beast Boy, Superboy, Wonder Girl, and Miss Martian




if you remember...in "Agendas" when the league was doing membership expansion...they mentioned that Aqualad and Kid Flash were ready to join the league and that Zatanna and Rocket were people of interest (because they were female...which was sexist...but whatever lol) maybe they actually did graduate into the league and thus the team is so different.
