I was going to post something about this last week but I keep getting sidetracked.

So far the only official actor cast as a villain (still no confirmation as to which villain) is Ben Kingsly (Hugo)

So far two actors have been confirmed to play characters associated with the Extremis Storyline...well except for Maya Hansen, who although not actually confirmed in this article, it would seem very likely that's who she's going to play.

So based on all this info one could surmise the following: There will probably be two villains. One guy will probably be trying to resurrect the Mandarin and another will actually play the Mandarin.

Extremis will be woven into this storyline and maybe combining elements of the Haunted storyline making this a completely different story while including two very huge fan favorites as far as Villain and Armor are concerned.

If they somehow manage to successfully pull off the above this might be my new favorite individual superhero movie...hopefully.
