Oddly, I liked Ang Lee's Hulk better as a pscycological character study, and Hulk going batter up on the tank is still one of the best scenes of any Hulk film.

I enjoyed Norton's banner more, but preferred Sam Elliot's Thunderbolt Ross over Will Hurt's.

Finally I enjoyed Norton's Hulk overall as a better "popcorn" movie, while i still enjoy Ang's psychological, artistic approach.

Between the two, we got the Absorbing Man, Abomination, T-Bolt Ross, and a cue for the Leader.

Another Hulk should include Rick Jones, Doc Sampson. I can see Leader as a main villain with some sort of "heavy" for the muscle. Red Hulk anyone?......
I'd prefer Bi-Beast actually because the experimenting could lead to Red Hulk in 3(4) while he would have the necessary muscle to give Hulk pause while Leader does his thing maybe taking out Betty for the set up
