I would actually consider the majority of my HT collection to be VERY poseable, with the exception of a few. They are definately not statue like. I can usually pull off very dynamic poses, on par with Marvel Legends, and Play Arts figures. Some of the clothing can be restrictive...like Thors chest piece, but even with Superman and Captain America's boots...the rubber has enough movement and elasticity to allow the ankle joint underneath some descent movement. It looks like Hot Toys is in the beginning stages with this...it seems they have only decided on the shoulder joints and wrist swivels so far.

From what I've read, he will not be rubbery plastic over an endoskeleton...but a harder body like the super preds, with gloss paint to make his skin look real.
