[Crazy Jetty]

of all the characters in this series... I *want* to like White Tiger. After reading a little bit about her, I think of all the characters, she has the most potential.
But... she's just so.... sooo..... bland.
There is nothing striking about her outfit. It's just so generic, and reeks of lack of imagination. (Maybe that's just me, I feel that way about a lot of Marvel's more current newer character designs. I'll admit that could just be me)
Her personality and character doesn't stand out. Which is really sad, because out of costume, her character design is drop dead gorgeous.
I just can't help but feel her role would be better served by Black Cat.

After thinking a lot about it, I don't think I would be so negative about this series had it been named something else. Like "Marvels: Agents of SHIELD"
It just feels like, the show is not what the name advertizes. When I see something titled Spiderman, I personally expect the series to have a really strong focus on Spiderman, and the surrounding characters. I can even accept traditionally non-spiderman characters, when they're introduced in an organic way (Such as Torch, Iceman, Kitty. They all became apart of the Ultimate Spiderman mythos in a very real and organic way).

As such, being Ultimate Spiderman, I would expect a stronger link to the group, and even going so far as to expect the supporting teenage heroes to be from the Spiderman Gallery. if not Torch, Iceman, and Kitty, then there are other characters that could easily fit their niche. Black Cat as mentioned springs to mind immidiately. Heck, they could even use Harry with his Spiderman 3 "New Goblin" identity. That would be different.
Maybe Daredevil acting as a non-SHIELD mentor.

But like I said, since the series has a very low focus on the Spiderman world, and uses a completely random mix of supporting heroes who have nothing to do with the Spiderman world, I think I would be a lot more forgiving as a whole if they had simply titled it differently, while using the spiderman setting as a somewhat familier backdrop.
Marvels: Agents of SHIELD works great, I think.

I'm working on a "treatment" for what I would have enjoyed from "Ultimate Spiderman," trying to keep some of the guidelines set by the show (Such as the expanded cast)
I'll post that a bit later after I've worked it out a bit more, if anyone wants to read it.
