The employee starts getting heated, and tells me they ordered nmore of wave one because the they are "sought after"...

At this I gawked and pointed out that they were in fact NOT sought after thus why there are so many wave one figures sitting on the shelves, and EVERY wave 2 figure has been bought.

He tells me the Iron Man ought of wave 2 was CRAP anyway and continued to list reasons why what I was looking for was not in the store.

So I continue to talk to him and explain (calmly) why what he is telling me makes no sense (i mean cmon I know the game and know why there are no wave 2 figs there), I then ask why there are no wave 2, he gets even more distrought at me (I dont know why) and continues to make excuses as to why there are only wave one! I am not quite sure why he was so pissed as I was not...

He then gets a store supervisor involved and to the SS's behalf she was (i guess) backing her employee...

she starts rambling on about how if I wanted them I would have to order them online and have them shipped, as I was simply just stating how her store employee was completely wrong (in the most open minded tone I could), and she started to change her demeanor...

~Again~ I dont know why as the employees were the ones making a big deal out of it...

I dont know if they knew they were wrong or what?

Then they asked if I WOULD LEAVE. So I politely left with nothing...and trust me I WILL NEVER go back there again...

I just didnt get how I had done nothing wrong, and I was asked to leave...

Pretty Fucked up...

Just a funny little story I thought I would share...

Rather than argue about Avengers toys, Id probably ask you to leave too. LOL But then again.. I have never worked retail for just this reason..I dont feel like dealing with customers like this. Ok, so what ..his reasons why there were no wave 2 werent satisfactory for you.. so you kept asking him the same question? Id just punch you in the throat and turn in my smock. hahaha

Just to make it clear.. i dont think he was right either.

The moral of this story.. (IMO) dont be one of two grown men standing in TRU arguing about action figures.
