Well, look at the atmosphere for Target employees vs. TRU-
Targets are well lit, cleaner, staffed and are generally just nicer looking.

When the company says "we dont give a fuck about the employees" that translates directly to "employees dont give a fuck about the customers or company's sales" .
I've seen that kind of top-down morale killing many times- eventually it leads to high turn-over of employees, high employee theft rates, poor staffing (as people call out a lot), piss poor customer service and the eventual bankruptcy of a company-
Just look at Kay Bee Toys and K-Mart- the exact models right there.

So true. Target is my go to place. TRUs are understaffed and always have sloppy set ups. When I first started my MU collection, target had so much of the old waves (until I cleared it out Lol!)
