Not only is craptackular, it has stuff like "AN Ultimate Nullifier"- there's only ONE of those. It's kind of the whole point, actually.
And another pointless and soon-to-be-forgotten Zodiac Cartel introduced- they never explained the one from the Busiek run of Avengers, then had that stupid Zodiac character kill the members of the original Zodiac Cartlel- that hack writer aparantly not getting that they were already killed 20 years prior in
West Coast Avengers
....
Marvel
really
sucks with their internal contunity. Aparantly they job of "Editor" has come to mean "cheerleader" and only a select few great writers (Hickaman, Brubaker, D&A, Waid, etc.) bother to read older stories concerning the characters they are writing.
When it comes to Bendis, they give him a pass on even plot-critical stuff, like how Black Bolt had the SPACE gem and Tony the REALITY gem in Illumaniti miniseries- which was freakin written by Bendis to for pete's sake- and they still based an entire six issue storyline of Avengers around it being the other way around!
