Yup mine did. I thought it was weird too when I got him. He was always looking down then I popped off the head and fixed it.

Same here. I grew up with the 3.75 gi joe scale. It's the reason why I got into mu. I love the ml line but I can't put myself into collecting them. No space and I don't want to open up pandora's box.
