Dude, really? I loved your first two questions, however, if your question was implying that Wolverine is excessive, then in this line he is, so far, not nearly as excessive as others. Let's review the most excessive in this line.

So far:

Spiderman has 7 (up to first wave of 2010 figs): 2 in series 1, 2 black suit (series 3/Secret Wars), Spidey and friends 3 pack and series 5 spidey, House of M spidey in 2010. Total 7 variants.

Iron Man has a total of 5 variants up to series 5 (including his three pack variant) + 1 for the remolded head in the Gigantic battles pack. Total 6 variants.

3 Johhny Storm/Human Torch variants (in series 1 alone) + 1 Invaders SDCC and 1 Secret Wars. That brings JS/HT to a total of 5 different variants.

Hulk has 4 total Variants: Green, Grey, Red and new head mold for Secret Wars.

Captain America has a total of 3 variants: Ultimate Cap, Classic Cap(Invaders/Scret Wars), and Bucky Cap in the Gigantic Battles pack.

Wolverine has a total of 3 variants: X-Force, classic (Secret Wars), Xaiver School (first wave 2010).

So there you have it. Sure wolverine just had his own 3.75" movie line, but how is that any different from Spidey, Hulk and Iron man who also had their own movie lines as well? Not to mention that Iron man 2 is going to sport a 3.75" movie toy line as well and Spidey will also get his own 3.75" line next year.

If you don't like the Wolverine character, that's your perogative, but asking this question to Marvel is just way too unsubstantiated, especially when you already had four waves that didn't feature Wolverine.

That asside, here are my questions:

1.) There have been numerous accounts of damaged figures from the Secret Wars 2-packs such as, wrists that break off due to stuck joints or warped appendages like the ankles of Captain America due to their position in the packaging. Given the success and popularity of the MU line, thus far, what is being done to minimize the defects from the manufacturing line, to ensure your valued customers recieve a very good quality figure?

2.) Will any future figures in the MU line have a head that can be articulated to look up, without popping off the head?

3.) Are there any future plans to release any "Marvel Teams" gift sets in the MU line as either a convention or store exclusive? If no, would Marvel consider the possibility?
