It's the same figure as the Ironman 2 War Machine #12, all the articulation is decent, not to tight or loose. There's little scratches here and there on mine, the silver paint runs a little bit onto the black/grey, not tooo bad though and on mine there's like dried glue or something on the side of the legs, makes it look kind of dirty. The face sculpt is pretty decent, holding it up to the light you can see his hair is textured. The blackish/grey is a little more "faded"? compared to the warmachine i got from the store, and it just seems a bit worn out.

for the price though it's not much to complain about.
