Leaving negative feedback under a positive feedback is actually against eBay's rules unfortunately and though many people do I wouldn't risk it. You can limit your buyers with low feedback, unpaid items and 2 or 3 other options you may feel are questionable about potential buyers

Found this Ebayer with positive feedback, but they should be negative ones...and looks like he's a real scalper.
