He stated he was sick and lost 20 lbs he's always had good feedback I'd give benefit of the doubt and his response was gracious and he offered restitution my opinion is either take his offer to send figure back + cash and his apology or wait for the trade now that he is well and not trade with him again

It's worse up here as Canada Post seems to only try to deliver packages half the time. My wife is home all day and she often finds "missed" delivery notices in the box. They only try one time here and then you have to pick it up the next day (usually at a near by drug store). My current job has me upgrading utility meters house to house so I see these guys every day just walk up and leave the notices then walk away. I'm guessing it's a policy for them.
