Not really, it's more for anyone into the Challenge of the Super Friends. It's actually less valuable than the black one. In the Super Friends series, the Legion of Doom's Black Manta was blue. I think this was a homage to that. I have the black one, but there's a few variants that I skipped like long haired Aquaman, this blue Manta, and I think that's about it for variants I missed.
