I gave it shoulder and elbow articulation. The elbow articulation was simple enough once I understood the dynamics and used my tiny dremmel bits. Next is the wrists.





Here's a basic run down on how I did the shoulder articulation. It won't work for all figures but...



I cut a 25th Snakeyes where the shoulder meets the bicep. I used blue only for demo purposes.



I hollowed out the alien shoulder to make a socket and dremmeled a groove for the slide action as well as trimming the shoulder top down to allow it to raise.



I glued the SE shoulder in the socket. When doing this, be careful to put the glue in the socket and not on the ball part. Only put the glue on the sides of the interior socket so it does nt interfere with the up and down motion of the shoulder ball.
