I don't get how TRU in Hong Kong (maybe it was Singapore) got to sell Nick Fury.

Actually just like X-Force Archangel the year before they gave them out to Marvel Digital subscribers last NYCC.
Not to mention that Doom is just a repainted Steve Rogers head plus Infinity Gauntlet from Adam Warlock/Thanos comic pack. I guess if one were a MOC collector it would have more value.
