I bought this game too and I like it. I do have my gripes though.

Likes:

Combat is fluid, moreso than previous games
Spidey looks amazing and the voice acting for him is great.
swinging through open ended city
Collectible digital comic books!


Gripes:

-The opening cinematic scene tried too hard to imitate the recent Batman games and the graphics were glitchy
-Swinging is way too simplified for my taste in comparison to Spider-man 2 (current staple for spidey games). Just hold the button down and it swings for you.
-once you save one infected citizen its pretty much the same thing over and over, but that hasn't changed much since SM2
-B list villains at best. Rhino, Scorpion, Iguana, spider slayers and that rat thing I'm not familiar with.
