There's definitely more to it than that. I believe they collaborate on a number of products. Even the underlying Prometheus body that Sideshow uses for their 1/6 scale figures was co-developed with Hot Toys. You'll even find the Hot Toys logo on the boxes of many of the armored Star Wars figures.
