Cancelled.

People keep throwing this word around like it is actually happened, yet Curto, and our other gentleman have never once used the word.

The line that I've heard has been "The End of the Line as you know it". This line does NOT speak of cancellation. It its a very broad open statement that can mean anything.

Example : Today you went to the mall, and you visited the petstore. There in its cage is an adorable welsh corgi puppy that needs a home. your heart melts and you buy it. This is the end of the world as you know, because suddenly it has changed with this new element in your life.

We do know, however, that it is a negative portrayal of this term. Somthing that is supposed to upset us as a fanbase, but it dosent necisarily mean cancellation. Kitbash is the term I keep seeing thrown around alot, but let me ask you, is Kitbash a Bad thing?

No! Its not! because that 12 inch tall frostgiant that came with Loki? Thats a Kitbash. Thanos? Kitbash! every single female mold except for x-23 has been a Kitbash. its what Hasbro does to save money. Perhaps the news is that they will not be exploring new molds outside of the usual heads and webgear, limiting what we will get. But does that really limit it? Look at the molds we have! Black Spiderman Mold, New Hulk Mold, Old Hulk Mold, Juggernaut Mold, Shehulk Mold, Guardian Mold, Cyclops Mold, ect ect ect. these molds can be used over and over and over again to facilitate many characters and I honestly dont mind no more new molds.

maybe the change is a general shift away from the more obscure characters, like Union Jack or Constrictor, for more A-B listers? This isnt bad, cause theres plenty of A-B listers who havent been made yet, just look at the x-men and avengers rosters or spidermans rogues.

Or Maybe, its a shift to target more children, meaning limiting the articulation a little. No more rocker ankles or neck sivel and adding Bazookas and spring loaded gimmics. Thats not a bad Idea though. So long as the detail is still there, so long as they dont have Amazing Spidercrotch, Then go for it! I dont mind a limiting of some articulation. If they all have the same articulation as the basic Black Spiderman body mold then I'm happy.

Or maybe they are just going to limit the number of waves each year from the normal 5 to 3. if it keeps it alive, fine. Theres always comic packs or boxed sets. And it gives them more reason to make the waves bigger.

Or it could simply be that the insiders were fed BS information in exchange for a big suprise? Thats the thing about this rumor. We know nothing and can spend weeks argueing about what cryptic thing Curto said could mean untill SDCC. but when you look at the facts, its not dead yet. Theres no cancellation. It is still alive, just going to be changed a little if he is right. Changed in some way thats supposed to be negative but we dont know that yet. it could just be negative to his own opinion.

if there is change, I'm rooting for Kitbashs and no Amazing Spidercrotch. Thank you.
