My buddy sent his BAF Giant Man in to ToyGrader. They didn't secure it in the case and it fell against the front of the case scraping the paint off his nose. He made them refund him for the new head he had to buy and redo the case with supports to hold him in place. AFA sent him back sealed up with both his middle fingers up lmao.
