As soon as I saw the Captain America three pack at KMart last year, I knew I needed to make this guy. It took a full year for them to put the sets on clearance (because I really didn't want either of the other two figs and wasn't going to pay full price), but I finally bought it for $8. Started off as a straight up repaint, but then I added the boots from ROC Destro, the elbows from Cap Britain, the shoulder discs from Ultimate Hawkeye's knees, and the ears (that's right, ear replacement surgery) from ROC Duke. I might end up replacing the hands to give him some wrist rotation at some point, but for now here he is, the third Captain America, Jeff Mace, the original Patriot.
