Basically, it's like tipping your server because they are focused on you. You don't tip at McDonalds though which is why I will only pay so much to vendor at the Con.

You guys are lucky. I am buying for 5 people and got all their shit. Gave up all of Wednesday and an hour thursday to get them a ton of toys. They arent giving me a penny.
