Because I fucking hate Skylanders and would capitalize on kids wanting it. It propogates whats wrong with the toy industry right now. Kids need to use their fucking Imagination and turn off the Xbox for a while. When I was a kid, I had Super Nintendo, and that did not stop me from turning my GIJoes into Megaman characters and playing with them outside in my Treefort with my Best Friend from around the Block!

About stupid extra stuff. The SW figures come with Dice and a card with numeric values based on skills. There's rules. I think it's great I save all my cards and stuff and give them to my wifes kids. They really enjoyed it. Although, I have some reservations about having jar jar binks beating jango fett at anything.
