I admit I had a bit of sticker shock with the FOC line as a whole. But it's only a small part in several toy lines going up in price recently at Target and especially Walmart. Basically, the size classes have all shifted up a price point from about 10 years ago. Well except for Legend/Legion class, though it did get a $1.00 price bump in my area.

Granted, it's not a Masterpiece toy. But don't compare it to the cartoon or comic version of G1 Shocky. Compare the FOC version to his original toy and you'll see why a lot of people are commenting on the G1 likeness.
