Leo and Don use the same ball/socket neck joint. I switched the heads on mine as a test and they worked fine.

I have found them at both TRU and Target. The Targets around me just went through an aisle reset and moved a bunch of older stuff to a clearance aisle, then put out a ton of new stuff including TMNT. Pretty much everything in the modern line was there, aside from the playset of course.
