Peter is a custom cast head I bought a few years ago from broken arrow toys (which I highly DO NOT recommend btw. In the middle of trying to get my money back for another item he never sent me and after like 6 emails he won't even respond to me. The guy is a douche. But any way). But I believe the head is a cast an older pre 25th anniversary "new sculpt era" Mutt figure.
