I think what they are trying to say is:

Look, we get that you customers had lots of trouble with Digital River not getting your address right and not charging the right credit cards. So, instead of making the employees do their jobs right, we're improving customer service by making a web page where you can do their job for them! Yep, no more relying on them to screw things up. It's up to you now to get it right.
