I don't mind paying a high price for figures that are truly rare and likely will never be reproduced. Some of the stuff I see is just too much though. The price on a lot of the Legends is crazy. I was thinking about getting a single release ML Apocalypse cause he is a bit bigger and I prefer him that way. The local shop that has him wants $100 so he will likely sit there unsold until they go out of business. I mean, that is higher than ebay. All their ML stuff is either top ebay or higher than prices.

What LCS's dont realize sometimes is that things are worth what someone will pay for it...

Most times I see something like that I will call it out, like "hey guys that doesnt even go for 100$ on ebay...check it out, i'd pay going rate of about 25-35$ for it tops..."

Sometimes the light will go off, and you will get what you want, for a reasonable price...but most times they just act like you are trying to rip them off...ha ha ha, their loss I guess...
