Slight downfall with these. A lot of them their paint has become very sticky. I have tried washing them, but from what I read online the paint is deteriorating thus becoming sticky.. Is there any product that I can spray over the stickyness to create a "new" layer that will dry?

You could add a layer of clearcoat to protect them and prevent future damage, or you could try a product called Goo-gone, to see if it removes the sticky bits.

I used to have all these, wish I hanged onto mine, I even had the rare mail away tmnt belt, with official fanclub card lol. thing was awesome.
