Ok, I knew the name Russ Berrie from somewhere. And I was right, I actually buy my wife a bunch of their stuffed turtles. So I was able to find out the they have and still produce a line called the Yomiko Collection", which differs slightly from their standard plushies as they have some wire framing to be posed. They also make other bears such as a brown and grizzly bear. They range between $10 - $30 depending on how new they are.

I'm guessing this one is a few years older as all the new listings are for the grizzly and black bears. But even most of the older ones don't go for much more than $40 at that size.
