Well just flying over a city or being smashed by Hulk doesn't require articulation! And the Chitauri looked stiff in the movie anyway.
When I get some I will likely paint the ship with a black or dark green wash to make it look like aged gold, same with the figure's armor. Maybe even add a gunners sled. But I will wait until they go on clearance (if stores here ever get past wave 2, if not I will turn to fellow members here) then build an army, 'cause Loki totally needs an army. And I still need a (not stumpy green blob) Hulk!
