Happened to me years ago (maybe 6) when they screwed up an order. I asked if they could fix it, he said, "you better check that attitude at the door". I proceeded to let him know what he could check, told him he could cancel my outstanding order and he closed my account. Ever since I take the time to let anyone know why NEVER to buy from SmallJoes. 6 years, I still wont buy from him and I buy a shit-ton of stuff. Dumbass lost quite a bit of revenue.
