IMO 3.75" because I love MU but also because I think there are alot of GI Joe Collectors & Star Wars Collectors and the fact that there are still largely carried by retail would have one conclude that that scale is most popular. Of course there is also the possibility that its because oil costs and the economy is not at its best that this is the most profitable scale for toy companies at the moment at thats why this scale floods the market. Then again there are alot of 6" collectors out there and thats why NECA and DCUC exists...hmmm idk they all are popular i guess
