on a tangent, it bugged me how at the beginning of Dark Reign, Osborn gets into Ironman's armory and the patriot armor is there because he made it for cap. It did not look like that, because that is the extremis armor, which is biologically part of Tony's body. Extremis wouldn't have been in the armory, only older armors. Eventually the comic artists got lazy and started drawing Ironpatriot in the style of Extremis, and that's what we got a Marvel Universe toy of. Stupid continuity error.

A bigger error is that those suits were there at all- ALL his old armors had been destroyed just prior to Secret Invasion while fighting Ultron (In Mighty Avengers).
besides, why would Tony keep aking functional versions of all his old armors- it's senseless when so many storylnes have been made about Tony having to hunt down stolen Iron Man tech.

They shuld have just said Osborn made a suit with Tony's equipment and partial plans- Osborn never got that armor to work properly anyway and got owned by everyone from Spidey to the Secret Warriors as result.

Besides, Osborn revealed to Tony that he only used his armor to rub his face in the fact that he got Tony's job.
