Really, Rom is not going to be crazy to do once I find the best donor body-
I was considering an Ultimate Thor torso and arms with the torso cut verticaly and spread in a kind of "V" to be wider (and to match the PVC chest armor). Maybe use Sabertooth's legs...he's got purdy legs.
Rom should be imposing- 7' tall (4.25" or so for a fig).

Hey, you should try the recipie I have gonig for Silver Sable- just pop the Avengers Black Widow head onto a GI Joe Helix body and paint away! You just need to add the belt and those little things she throws, some guns and a headband!
YOu could knock it out in a weekend, easy.
