Can someone help me out with how to resize signatures to be the right size. I use photoshop and when you resize images in PS it doesn't give you a KB option. So I have to work them down and guess. This always leads to horrible distorted and pixilated results.

I have no idea what the hell I'm doing wrong. I've tried jpgs, PNGs, and Giffs. I like PNG because it doesn't inject a background when you save.

I feel bad because all the sigs I've made for other arkers are also too big and I would like to fix them.

I've tried asking some and no one responds, so again a general request to my fellow arkers please help a brother out.

Here's an example of what happens when I try and work it down and this is still 50% larger than the 40 KB limit.
