i think i'm mainly afraid of getting a replacement Thor or Falcon. ebay prices on her is a bit too pricey and my patience kinda sucks.

I think they're going to send you one of those feared Falcon or Thor figures,.. or a Gladiator. I would try to buy a new one from a real online store (one that accepts returns) and then return the defective one for cash or store credit. I would say wait to find her at retail and then return there, but I understand the patience thing. I have no time for patience.
