Lot's of adults want to please their children and if the employee takes all the hottest toys before anyone has a chance to purchase them, just so he can sell them, that is not right.
This is no different from insider trading, so to speak. The employee ALWAYS has an edge over the regular consumer because they know when new shipments arrive and actually handle the toys personally. The consumer just goes to the store and sees what's available. It's beyond despicable that an employee would actually stockpile toys to scalp on the secondary market. Corporate needs to implement rules that limit the amount employees can purchase of any given item. This is ridiculous.
