Honestly, the so-called rough parts of L.A. aren't even as rough as they used to be. It's cleaned up a lot in most of those places.... most, not all lol.

Theres a "cool" toy store here north of Seattle called Boba Khan. Lots of cool toys, old and new, usually plenty of stock. I've had experiences there that were both good and bad. Like it or hate it, it is free enterprise. Lody said it and it's true. Business is the bottom line, just don't be taken by douche's prices.
I really need to go check it out for myself as well. Basically, it's a swap meet that only has collectibles and none of the other crap.
