Next up we have Space Ghost. Originally created in 1966 by Hanna Barbera, he is by far the most popular character they ever produced. He had a run of about 43 episodes, and used his last six to introduce characters from upcoming programs. Including Mighty Mightor and the Herculoids. He returned in the 1980s on the Space Stars, and had his own talk show in the 90s. In the 2000s, DC Comics finally gave him an origin story. Most recently, he was featured on an episode of Batman: Brave and the Bold. A timeless character. What more needs to be said?
Like Deadpool, everyone needs to make Space Ghost at least once. So, I decided to give him a shot. White is horrible to work with, but I was more concerned with the logo on his chest. That actually turned out to be pretty easy. I used Hawkeye lower arms to make the gauntlets simpler and just sculpted the buttons. I sanded down the ears on a Batman head cast, and then sculpted the belt. The rest was just a less than simple repaint. The cape itself is glued to his shoulders and upper back. The bloody thing just wouldn't stay on.
Recipe:
Head - Batman head cast
Body - MU Hawkeye
Cape - DCIH Superman
Lower Legs - honestly can't remember who I used
