At my TRU that's where I find all the good stuff when they put everything else on the pegs. When the new comic packs came out all of the Hulk and Juggernaut ones were stuck up there. As well as Big Time Spidey and Masked Daken. Found FE Cliffjumper, Starscream, and Arcee up there when the pegs had nothing but 40 Bumblebees. I always put that stuff on the pegs for someone to find and stick the doubles back up top. I'm sure one day an employee will yell at me.
