Al, first send a message through eBay to the seller. That's so eBay can track it. If he responds with some BS, then open a case against him. Chances are, he might try to fix the problem. Only open a case if he's being difficult about it. Make sure to include as much detail as possible in the case, including the fact that you sent him a message through eBay and what his response was. He will respond to the case, but if you are not satisfied with the answer, then you can escalate the case so eBay can decide what needs to be done. If eBay rules in his favor, call them and argue the decision. One time I got screwed and eBay let him keep my money, and then later paid me back my money and I kept the figs. The seller got paid, but I got free figs. I asked them if they wanted me to send the figs to eBay and they said I could have them. It was cool for me in the end, but I'll never deal with that seller again. Anyways, PM me and keep me updated.
